    • Respond to your inquiries and provide requested services.
    • Send your personalized IT risk assessment report.
    • Follow up on service requests or quotes.
    • Improve our services and website experience.

    3. Data Storage and Processors

    Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure). We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your information. Data may be stored on servers located outside Quebec; by consenting, you acknowledge this transfer. The website itself is hosted by Vercel, which also provides the cookieless analytics described in section 6.

    4. Data Retention

    Contact submissions and assessment results are retained for up to 24 months to facilitate follow-ups and service improvements. After this period, data is securely deleted unless a business relationship has been established.

    5. Your Rights (Law 25)

    Under Quebec's Law 25, you have the right to:

    • Access the personal information we hold about you.
    • Rectify any inaccurate or incomplete information.
    • Withdraw your consent at any time.
    • Request deletion of your personal information.

    6. Cookies and Analytics

    This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising trackers. To see which pages are useful, we use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless service from our website host. It records anonymous, aggregated page views: the page address (without query parameters), the referring website, approximate location, and browser and device type. It stores no cookies on your device, does not identify you, and cannot follow you across other websites; visits are told apart only by a temporary hash that is discarded after 24 hours. Administration and unsubscribe pages are never recorded. We may use essential cookies required for the website to function properly.
