Where your Microsoft 365 data lives
For a Canadian tenant, Microsoft stores core Microsoft 365 data such as mail, files and Teams messages in its Canada geography, replicated between Quebec City and Toronto. A few services, including Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft Forms, keep data in the United States.
That detail matters under Law 25, which requires a privacy impact assessment before personal information leaves Quebec. We document where each workload stores data so your Law 25 file reflects how your tenant actually works.

Do we need Microsoft 365 Business Premium to work with you?
For managed IT, yes. Every managed client runs Business Premium so the same security baseline applies everywhere. For one-off projects such as a migration or a licensing review, we work with the plans you already have.
Can you take over a tenant another provider set up?
Yes. We start by reviewing the existing configuration, admin accounts and licences, then move the tenant to our baseline in stages. Your users keep their mailboxes and files the whole time.
Do you sell Microsoft 365 licences?
Yes. As a Microsoft CSP partner we can quote and provide your licences and manage renewals. Licences are billed separately from our managed services and never folded into the licence price.
Is our Microsoft 365 data stored in Canada?
For a Canadian tenant, core data such as mail, files and Teams messages is stored in Microsoft's Canada geography, replicated between Quebec City and Toronto.
